Repair or Replace Your Roof
Your roof is an essential part of your home, so it’s a great place to start your spring projects. Your roof protects your home and your family, so even the smallest issue should be fixed right away. If your roof is getting old or damaged beyond repair, it will need to be replaced. If a replacement is what you need, make sure you prepare your home for the project. A roof replacement can be a long process.
Fix Damaged Siding
Your home’s siding will likely need some attention as well this spring. Make sure vinyl siding is properly reinforced and watertight. Once it has been thoroughly inspected, it should be cleaned to get ready for the new season. If you have wood siding, now is a great time to re-seal or re-paint it.
Inspect the Gutters
